Refund Policy

We want you to love what Beeto makes. Here's how refunds work. Questions? Email hello@getbeeto.com.

Our 7-day refund

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your Brand Bible being ready, as long as you haven't downloaded your work.
• Downloading ends the refund window. Before any download, we ask you to tick a box confirming you're keeping the work, and we keep a record of that choice.
• We'll send you reminders on days 3, 5 and 6, so you always know how long you have.

Renewals and cancelling

• You can cancel a Monthly or 3-month plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We don't refund part-used periods or unused credits, apart from what's set out here or required by law.

How to ask

Email hello@getbeeto.com from your account email, or contact Paddle, who processes all our payments and handles returns. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders, and Paddle's refund policy also applies.

Repeat refunds

Refunds are there for genuine cases. If you've had a refund, we may decline future purchases from the same email, email domain, website or customer account unless you talk to us first.
